We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and credit terms are based on how much notice is provided before your Event Date.

More than 4 weeks before your Event Date.
12 month credit.
If your event can no longer go ahead, we’ll provide a credit for the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable $100 Booking Deposit. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from your original Event Date.

Between 2 and 4 weeks before your Event Date.
6 month credit.
If your event can no longer go ahead, we’ll provide a credit for the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable $100 Booking Deposit. Your credit will be valid for 6 months from your original Event Date.

Within 2 weeks of your Event Date.
No changes can be made.
Bookings can no longer be cancelled, credited or rescheduled within 2 weeks of your Event Date.
